TIE-DYE FABRIC HAT NONG KHAI
$13.50
“Uthumphon Fig-Dyed Hats”
Made from the abundant local resources along the Mekong River, in Ban Duea Community, Nong Khai Province, these hats perfectly blend traditional natural dyeing wisdom with contemporary fashion.
The “fig”, a native fruit, provides leaves and bark that are extracted into natural dyes, producing warm, soft tones from light brown to deep brown, depending on the fermentation and dyeing process. Each hat has a unique color, reflecting beauty, comfort, and breathability, while offering sun protection for outdoor activities. They are also skin-friendly and free of chemical dyes.
Every step—from fiber preparation and dyeing to cutting and sewing—is crafted with care and skill by the local community. Visitors to Ban Duea can join workshops to learn natural dyeing techniques, create their own hats, and take home a one-of-a-kind souvenir.

Through a careful fermentation process, the cider develops a pleasantly balanced tang, refreshing taste, and a unique aroma that sets it apart from regular ciders. Beyond its delicious taste, it is packed with enzymes, vitamins, and probiotic microorganisms that help balance the gut, support digestion, and promote healthy bowel movements.
How to enjoy: Simply mix 1–2 tablespoons of cider with 200 ml of water or soda, optionally adding a little honey for a milder flavor. One bottle can be enjoyed daily for up to 25 days, providing both refreshment and health benefits.
